6 oz. granulated sugar
2 Tbsps+1 ½ tsp. baking powder
2 ½ tsps. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. salt
1 ¼ cups soy milk
1 ¼ cups water
2 Tbsps.+1 ½ tsps. soybean oil
11 oz. pineapple, crushed, canned
5 oz. dried apricots, dicedDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine
