Aramark has signed a 30-year deal to provide food, beverage, and retail merchandise services for Citi Field, the new home of the New York Mets scheduled to open in April 2009. Under terms of the agreement, Aramark will be the exclusive concessionaire managing all concessions, retail stores, kiosks as well as luxury suites, clubs, and a specialty restaurant for the 45,000-seat ballpark.
