1/2 cup almonds, toasted and ground in robot coupe
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps. mixed fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, rosemary)
as needed salt and pepper
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsps. garlic, roasted
