1 cup cream
¼ cup water

3 large white potatoes, peeled, cut into large dice (about 1 ½ lbs.)
½ cup cream
¼ cup 2% milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Minor’s Chipotle Flavor Concentrate
½ tsp. salt
