INGREDIENTS:6 lbs.lean beef, cubed ½ cupvegetable oil 7½ lbs.russet potatoes, skin on, chopped 4 lbs.yellow onions, chopped ½ lb.flour 1½ Tbsps. paprika ½ Tbsp.poultry seasoning 1½ gals.water 2 lbs.carrots 1½ beans to taste saltDIRECTIONS:1.
