Buttermilk Marinated Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS:Marinade
2 cups lowfat buttermilk
½ cup white wine vinegar
4 green onions, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 ½-3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green), cut in 1 ½ inch
