INGREDIENTS:1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. conch meat, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, seeded, minced
½ Scotch Bonnet pepper, seeded, minced (about 1 Tbsp.)
1 medium onion, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
