Concord (NH) Hospital’s cafeteria is earning about 10 percent less than last year because of a policy change that eliminated unhealthier menu items in favor of healthier ones, reports the Concord Monitor. The changes included eliminating foods containing trans fats and saturated fats as well as rich desserts.
