Dried Plum and Goat Cheese Strudel

INGREDIENTS:½ package (17.3 oz. size) frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
1 cup pitted dried plums, chopped
½ cup apple butter
½ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup thinly sliced chives
1 egg, lightly beaten with 1 Tbsp. water DIRECTIONS:Thaw pastry at room temperature for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, combine dried plums, apple butter, goat cheese
