INGREDIENTS:2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 medium onions, chopped
½ tsp. salt
3 10-oz. packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 large eggs, beaten
1 lb. feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
2 carrots, peeled and coarsely grated
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ cup dry seasoned breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. dried dill
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 sheets phyllo dough
