Ginger Scallops with Thin Noodles

INGREDIENTS: Ginger Marinade:
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
6 Tbsp. water
1/3 cup Chinese rice wine or sake
4 ½ Tbsp. sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
½ tsp. crushed red pepper (optional)
1 ½ Tbsp. cornstarch

1 ½ pounds sea scallops, rinsed and drained

1 pound broccoli, stalks and florets separated, stalks peeled and cut on the diagonal into 1 ½-inc
