Grand Marnier Souffle

INGREDIENTS:1 ½ oz. unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ oz. flour
1 cup mlik
2 oz. sugar
2 oz. Grand Marnier
3 oz. egg yolks
5 oz. egg whites
1 oz. sugar DIRECTIONS:Mix butter and flour to make a roux. Heat milk, sugar and Grand Marnier. Whisk in the roux and cook until thickened. Cool slightly. Whisk yolks into the milk mixture. Whip egg whites to medium moist
