1 heart artichoke, separated
6 each grape tomatoes, halved
1 oz. feta cheese, diced or crumbled
1⁄2 tsp. herb mix (rosemary, thyme, basil)
2 Tbsps. olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
as needed salt and pepp
