Mediterranean Stack Salad

INGREDIENTS:1 can Genova® Tonno, Solid Yellowfin Tuna with Olive Oil (3 oz.), drained and oil reserved
4 oz. mixed greens
1 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. black olives, chopped
1 Tbsp. tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. red onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 pita breads, cut into 3 inch circles
4 slices tomato DIRECTIONS:Drain oil from tuna into bowl and reserve
