3 cups bread brumbs
1 1⁄2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3⁄4 cup olive oil
3⁄4 cup lemon juice

  1. Pound chicken pieces to 1⁄2 “ thickness.
  2. Combine Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
