Navy Bistro Crusted Tuna

INGREDIENTS:3 cups flour
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning or seafood seasoning
2 Tbsp. salt
12 eggs
3/4 cup water
24 tuna steaks, 6 oz. each
½ carton Natures Own Premium Hashbrown Potatoes, refreshed DIRECTIONS:Combine flour, seasoning and salt. Blend eggs and water. Dust tuna steaks with seasoned flour, dip in egg wash and coat with hashbrowns. Pack hashbrowns
