7 oz. dried cherries
1 lb. canned pear slices, drained
9 each eggs
3-3/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
2 Tbsps. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. salt Powdered sugar, as needed(optional)
Whipped cream, as needed (optional)

1. Soak cherries in hot water for 10 minutes; drain.
