8 oz. olive oil
8 lbs. turkey thigh or drumstick meat, cubed
2 lbs. turkey pastrami, cut into 1/2" cubes
4 lbs. smoked turkey sausage, cut into 1/2" cubes
4 lbs. Italian turkey sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces
12 cloves garl
