1 seedless watermelon
2 cups vanilla yogurt
To taste, shredded sweetened coconut
To taste, sprinkles or jimmies
4-6 ice cream cones or paper cone cups
1. Using an ice cream scoop, make balls of watermelon and place them in freezer on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet for no more than 1 hour.
