An inside look at The Egg, the CIA’s new student dining concept

When you’re a student at The Culinary Institute of America, you don’t need a dining commons, right? You just eat what you make in class. With the June opening of The Egg, students now have the opportunity to dine—and cook—with their peers in a dining commons setup. Earlier this month, FM got a firsthand look at The Egg in action. With a cool mixture of modern urban design elements, The Egg is a cutting-edge college dining facility geared toward future foodservice professionals.
