Centerplate has partnered with celebrity chef Marja Vongerichten ("The Kimchi Chronicles" on PBS) to introduce a Korean concept, BiBiFresh, to New York City's Javits Center convention facility. The concept, which offers a traditional Korean dish called BiBimBap—literally meaning "mixed meal" or "mixed rice—debuted on September 19th for the annual fashion trade show, ENK Show-Fashion Coterie.
