Out of all of this year’s hottest food trends, poké could be the coolest. Traditional poké bowl are a refreshing combo of fresh tuna, salmon or crab, crisp veggies and vibrant Asian/Hawaiian flavors, all in the “it” vessel of the moment: the bowl.
