Schools aren’t traditionally thought of as culinary hotbeds, but that doesn’t mean they can’t serve great-tasting foods. Jeremy West, the director at this year’s K-12 Innovator of the Year district, Weld Count School District 6 in Colorado, recently spoke at the School Nutrition Association’s Annual National Conference and provided 30 creative culinary strategies to spice up your menus.
