Survey: Variety, Packaged Meals Help Push Up School Breakfast Counts

Variety, including pre-packaged meals, is a key component of school breakfast success, according to a 2012 Survey of School Breakfast Programs by the Got Breakfast? Foundation. The online survey of food service directors representing 1,500 schools with an estimated enrollment of 2.2 million students was conducted by Cline Consulting and asked questions to assess current trends in school breakfast programs.
