Cocoa Chile Pork Ribs

YIELD: 6 servings

¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsps. McCormick Gourmet Collection Garlic Salt
1½ tsps. chipotle chile pepper
½ tsp. Saigon cinnamon
3 lbs. pork baby back ribs
¼ cup apple juice
2 Tbsps. tomato paste

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sugar, cocoa powder, garlic salt, chipotle chili pepper and cinnamon in small bowl.
