Age Discrimination Suit Against Aramark Dismissed

An 85-year-old woman’s age discrimination suit against Aramark was dismissed by a Manhattan Supreme Court judge, who found the cause for discrimination “highly unlikely,” given that she was replaced by a 75-year-old.
