Denver Schools Working With J&W Interns

Culinary students from Johnson & Wales University are working with Denver Public Schools Nutrition Services Department on recipes that use the scratch cooking approach the district plans to pilot next fall, reports the Denver Times. Four J&W interns are working on the recipe project while four others are helping to develop a nutrition education curriculum for the school system.
