The first Bob Pacifico Above and Beyond award was presented to Rod Collins [read more and view video] the recent annual meeting of the Society for Foodservice Management (SFM), held in Montreal, Canada. At SFM’s closing dinner, outgoing SFM President Sally Minier introduced Emily Pacifico, who joined her to make the special presentation, named to posthumously honor one of SFM’s longest-tenured supporters and members.
