Sodexo Names Exec Chef for Leisure Unit

Sodexo has appointed Executive Chef Chazz Alberti as national director of culinary standards for its Leisure Services unit, a newly formed division of Sodexo Corporate Services. Sodexo Leisure Services provides managed services to cultural destinations, conference centers and public venues throughout the U.S. Its clients include Shedd Aquarium, Cincinnati Zoo, Museum of Science and Industry, Dallas Museum of Art, Chumash Casino and RFK Stadium.
