Study: School Wellness Success in the Eye of the Beholder

A report by the Action for Healthy Kids advocacy group charges that there is a wide perception disconnect between school administrators and parents about how well school are implementing wellness policies concerning nutrition and physical activity. “Progress or Promises: What’s Working for and Against Healthy Schools” charges that while a large majority of school administrators and school foodservice professionals believe that their schools are already doing a good job limiting "junk foods"
