1 lb. wild Alaska salmon, coarsely chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup onions, chopped
2 Tbsps. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup Parmesan, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
For sauce:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
2 cups pureed tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black peppe
