Sodexho Corporate Services Division has been named the new restaurant provider for St. Bartholomew’s Church in midtown Manhattan. As part of its program, Sodexho will develop a new sustainable concept for the onsite restaurant at St. Bart’s, which includes indoor/outdoor facilities and catering services. It will also collaborate with St. Bart’s to create a more flexible indoor space for dining and special events, as well as improve operations for the popular outdoor terrace. Sodexho will invest over $2 million in this project with major plans for the construction of a new kitchen and the redesign of the indoor restaurant space, partnering with New York-based Conant Architects and foodservice design consultant Pascoe-Jacobs Associates.
