Cody, ID, Public Library recently opened in a brand new 27,000-sq.ft. location that includes a café with a full commercial kitchen that will be manned by culinary students, reports the Billings Gazette. The new Biblio Bistro will be shared with culinary students from Northwest College, which is sharing space in the building. The students will use the kitchen both for classroom work and as practical experience.
