FPI® UpperCrust® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia
Mango, diced
Fresh or canned pineapple chunks
Roasted red peppers, sliced
Red onion, julienne
Tomatoes, quartered
Pickled peppers, sliced
Fresh oregano leaves
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Catalina dressing

Package sunflower seed kernels
Lime, quartered


  • Cook Tortilla Crusted Tilapia as directed. While Tortilla Crusted Tilapia cooks, toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl and dress with Catalina dressing.
  • Divide among 4 bowls and place one piece of cooked Tortilla Crusted Tilapia atop each salad. Garnish with sunflower seed kernels and a lime wedge.
