Pecan-Crusted Catfish

YIELD: 4 servings

1 egg
2 Tbsps. water
4 catfish fillets (6 oz. each)
½ cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup pecans, chopped finely
2 Tbsps. extra-virgin olive oil
