Corporate Chefs’ goals for 2015 focused on environmentally sound sourcing based on local purchasing, sustainable seafood and humanely raised meat and eggs as the emphasis of its cafes’ offerings have shifted to accommodate a generation of technology-savvy customers with an appetite for local products on small plates. Hence, local and healthy foods are now in the forefront of Corporate Chefs cafes and on its menus, where icons designate Healthy Balance, Vegan, Local and Vegetarian choices.
