Apple, Cinnamon and Brie Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS:1 ½ Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. brown sugar
1 ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
5 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into ½ inch thick slices
3 Tbsp. dark rum (can substitute apple juice)
6 8 inch flour tortillas
8 oz. Brie cheese, sliced
3 Tbsp. chopped toasted walnuts DIRECTIONS:Mix sugars and cinnamon
