Black Bean Garlic Pasta

INGREDIENTS:12 ounces pasta, cooked
½ lb. beef or chicken, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
3 ½ Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 oz. red bell pepper, sliced
1 stalk green onion, chopped or shreddedDIRECTIONS:Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain
