Chesapeake Crab Reuben

INGREDIENTS:1 lb. Phillips Crab Meat
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
10 slices rye bread
5 slices Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup milk
dash of salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter DIRECTIONS:Combine crab, mayonnaise, chili sauce and pickle relish in a medium mixing bowl. Spread over five slices of bread. Top each with a slice of cheese.
