New CEO at Sugar Foods
Sugar Foods Corp. has appointed Marty Wilson as the company's CEO. Wilson has served as the company president and COO for the past six years. During this time, he has played an important role in growing the company's business in the United States as well as in Mexico, South America and Europe.
Wilson's career with Sugar Foods has spanned more than 20 years.
Aladdin Names Rothschild President
Aladdin Temp-Rite has promoted Marty Rothschild to president, succeeding Jim Clapper, who is retiring. Rothschild will report to Robert Nerbonne, CEO Ali Group North America.
Previously, Rothschild served as vice president of sales and marketing for the company. In addition, he has served on Industry Advisory Boards for ASHFSA, HFM and AHF, as well as being a board member for Nashville AMA and the Editorial Board for the DMA.
4 New Food Manufacturers Join Foodservice Rewards
MegaMex Foods, Rich Product Corporation, Land O Lakes and Reser's Refrigerated Prepared Sides have joined the Foodservice Rewards program, which allows operators to earn reward points for buying brands. They collect Foodservice Reward stickers from over 100 brands to accrue points that can be redeemed for over 40,000 items. The rewards are often used to motivate staff with trips to educational conferences.
