Navy Bistro Crusted Tuna

INGREDIENTS:3 cups flour
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning or seafood seasoning
2 Tbsp. salt
12 eggs
3/4 cup water
24 tuna steaks, 6 oz. each
½ carton Natures Own Premium Hashbrown Potatoes, refreshed DIRECTIONS:Combine flour, seasoning and salt. Blend eggs and water. Dust tuna steaks with seasoned flour, dip in egg wash and coat with hashbrowns. Pack hashbrowns on tuna steaks for complete coverage. Deep-fry each tuna steak in 350°F fryer for 3 minutes.
