11 lbs. 4 oz. Allens Baked Beans
2 1⁄2 qts. fruit cocktail, drained
1 qt. mango chutney, chopped
1 qt. mandarin oranges, drained
1 1⁄2 cups cider vinegar
1 1⁄2 Tbsps. allspice, ground
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 qt. almonds, slivered
1 qt. coconut, toasted
- Combine baked beans with next six in-gredients in large metal bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to 2-inch deep full pan or half-size hotel pan(s) prepped with non-stick spray.
- Bake in 375°F conventional oven (325°F convection) for about 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle almonds and coconut over the top. Bake 15 minutes more.
