Vegetarian Riblet Sandwich

YIELD: 24 servings

Barebecue sauce (yield: 1 gallon):
2 qts. Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
1 qt. Minors Zesty Orange Sauce
1 qt. pineapple juice
2 Tbsps. lime juice
24 Gardenburger Naked Riblet soy protein product

  1. FOR SAUCE: Combine ingredients. Heat to a simmer to blend flavors together.
  2. FOR EACH SANDWICH: Heat riblet on the grill and baste with sauce. Serve on a hinged bun with assorted side dishes and garnishes.
