YIELD: 24 servings
3 qt. cubed prepared pound cake (1/2-inch cubes)
2 qt. prepared chocolate pudding
2 qt. (64 oz.) prepared cherry pie filling
2 qt. whipped dessert topping
1 ½ cups miniature chocolate chips
1. For each serving: Line bottom of a large martini or cocktail glass with ½ cup pound cake cubes. Spoon 1/3 chocolate pudding over cake cubes.
2. Ladle 1/3 cup cherry pie filling evenly over top of the pudding layer. Finish dessert with a 1/3 cup mound of whipped topping and a 1 Tbsp. sprinkling of chocolate chips. Serve immediately. (Can be prepared ahead of time up to the pie filling layer. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Finish with whipped topping and chips just before service).
