Fig Crème Brûlée with Blue Cheese


1 large Black Mission fig
1 tsp. blue or gorgonzola cheese
½ tsp. raw sugar

1. Cut fig in half. Using melon ball scoop or round spoon, scoop out seeds. Fill with cheese.

2. Sprinkle with sugar. Caramelize sugar with torch until it has turned golden brown.
