YIELD: 5 servings
1 pc. pre-oiled fillo 6”x6”
5 each fresh strawberries, chopped
½ cup mascarpone cheese
¼ cup heavy cream
1 egg
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
as needed, fig syrup
1. Place fillo in muffin tin and bake until just golden brown. Let cool.
2. Combine chopped strawberries, mascarpone, heavy cream, egg, salt and pepper.
3. Fill tart shell and bake until mixture is set.
4. Use Strawberry glaze garnish on plate with sliced fresh strawberry and mint on side.
