Climate Pledge Arena features array of restaurant concepts

The official wine partner of Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken, Ste. Michelle showcases wines from its Chateau Ste. Michelle and 14 Hands wineries through exciting new consumer experiences both inside and outside the arena, including a Chateau Ste. Michelle branded wine bar named The Chateau in the arena’s Mount Baker Hall for club level season ticket members and a branded 14 Hands Marketplace (pictured) near the main entrance.

Climate Pledge Arena hosts the in-arena debut of Big Chicken, the quick-service restaurant concept developed by NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. Big Chicken offerings include specialty crispy chicken sandwiches such as The Kraken (Buffalo sauce, cream cheese and blue cheese), M.D.E. Chicken (Shaq Sauce, chicken breast and B&B Pickles) and Uncle Jerome (Nashville hot chicken, mayo and pickles), along with chicken tenders, an assortment of candies, sundries and packaged beverages.

The Big Chicken outlet at Climate Pledge Arena will feature Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology and Amazon One, where guests can insert their credit card at the location’s entry gates to shop or hover their palm over an Amazon One device to enter. Once inside, guests can take what they want and then just leave after they’re done shopping as Just Walk Out technology determines what they take from or return to the shelves, and the credit card they inserted or linked to their Amazon One ID will be charged for items they took after they leave the store.

Two plant-based burger Impossible Market stands at Climate Pledge Arena feature a menu with the meatless Impossible Burger, Impossible chicken nuggets and other items made with Impossible plant-based beef like chili fries and street tacos.

Local chain Lil Woody’s was named the official burger partner for the Seattle Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena with an arena location called Lil Lil Woody’s located on the main concourse serving a menu designed for "quick, casual service" that highlight the restaurant’s top three burgers: the Lil Woody (quarter-pound beef patty, cheddar, onions, pickles, ketchup, mayo), the Big Woody (quarter-pound beef patty, bacon, cheddar, pickles, onions, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, mayo), and the Impossible Veggie Burger. Customers can pay for their meals using Amazon’s "Just Walk Out" technology.
