A snack-pack of cookies sourced from an alumnus found its way into six Dining Services shops and the Footnotes Cafe in the library on a trial basis at the University of Maryland and sold out in three days, reports the Diamondback campus paper. Mike & Cookies branded cookies, which come in packs of two for $3, were developed by U-MD graduate David Botwick-Ries after winning a business competition last year and sold until recently only from his food truck business.
