The new Nutrition Café in Butler’s health & recreation center offers selections like high-carb “Prepare” items to fuel up on beforehand and higher protein “Recover” items to help students regenerate afterwards.

Butler ups its dining game

Changes by new dining services provider Bon Appetit include more specialized diet options, locally sourced coffee and a six-station retail café that includes a section that sells beer and wine.

Butler University in Indiana has engaged Bon Appetit Management Co. to build up its campus dining program, and the California-based high-end contract firm has begun delivering, with a number of changes and additions to delight students returning for fall classes, as well as freshmen experiencing Butler for the first time.
