Butler ups its dining game

Changes by new dining services provider Bon Appetit include more specialized diet options, locally sourced coffee and a six-station retail café that includes a section that sells beer and wine.

Butler University in Indiana has engaged Bon Appetit Management Co. to build up its campus dining program, and the California-based high-end contract firm has begun delivering, with a number of changes and additions to delight students returning for fall classes, as well as freshmen experiencing Butler for the first time.
