Student-led healthy-eating oasis on campus has a menu designed by dietetic interns earning course credit while crafting meal options with 800 calories or less in real-world setting.

General guidelines for healthy eating call for between 2,000 to 2,400 calories per day for the average person, which means each meal shouldn’t clock in at more than 800 calories.
